This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the CareCalls website and Platform, what they do, and how you can control them.
It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and between visits — that you are signed in, for example, or which country's version of the site you are looking at.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Where this policy says "cookies", it means all of them.
2. Your Choices
When you first visit our website you are asked which cookies you are willing to accept.
- Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Without them the site cannot work.
- All other cookies are off until you turn them on. Nothing in the analytics category is set before you agree to it.
- You can decline as easily as you can accept, and you can change your mind at any time.
To change your choices, use the cookie settings link in the footer of our website. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working.
3. The Cookies We Use
3.1. Strictly necessary
These are required for the website and Platform to function and are set regardless of your preferences. They do not require consent because the service cannot be provided without them. This includes Cloudflare Turnstile on forms, which verifies that a real person is submitting a request before we process it, and our support chat widget, which lets you contact us when you choose to.

3.2. Analytics
These help us understand how people find and use our website and Platform, so that we can improve them. They are only set if you agree.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell information collected by cookies, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
4. Controlling Analytics Cookies Directly
As well as using our cookie settings, you can opt out at the provider:
- Google Analytics — install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which works across every site you visit.
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and offer a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control — where your browser sends a recognised privacy signal, we treat it as a decision not to consent to analytics cookies.
5. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The version number and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version you are reading.
